'Melody' Maxi Dress

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery within the US typically takes 7–15 business days after that. Most orders arrive within about 1–3 weeks. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

To keep our prices accessible, many of our pieces ship directly from our production and fulfillment partners rather than a single warehouse. Some items may ship from partners located outside the US.

Tracking can take a few days to show movement. If there's no update after 5 business days, email us at info@velarahaven.com with your order number and we'll look into it.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Email info@velarahaven.com first with your order number and we'll send return instructions — please don't ship anything back before contacting us.

Contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund — return shipping on us in those cases.

For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and earrings can't be returned unless faulty. Final sale, clearance items, and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to post it.

Major credit and debit cards, plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay where available. All prices are in US dollars.

We're always happy to help — email info@velarahaven.com or call +1 339-500-3981, and we'll get back to you within 1–2 business days.

The fastest way is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the size or style you want.
