Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery within the US typically takes 7–15 business days after that. Most orders arrive within about 1–3 weeks. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

To keep our prices accessible, many of our pieces ship directly from our production and fulfillment partners rather than a single warehouse. Some items may ship from partners located outside the US.

Tracking can take a few days to show movement. If there's no update after 5 business days, email us at info@velarahaven.com with your order number and we'll look into it.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Email info@velarahaven.com first with your order number and we'll send return instructions — please don't ship anything back before contacting us.

Contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund — return shipping on us in those cases.

For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and earrings can't be returned unless faulty. Final sale, clearance items, and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to post it.
