Contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund — return shipping on us in those cases.
For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and earrings can't be returned unless faulty. Final sale, clearance items, and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to post it.
